Here you will be able to check-in online and access your boarding pass which can be added to your Apple or Google Wallet.

Online check-in opens 48 before scheduled departure time and closes 3 hours before scheduled departure time.
Login to manage my booking and select the ‘Check In’ button under ‘My Booking’ and complete the online check-in process and access your boarding pass.
Seats can be reserved at time of online check-in. We recommend booking your seats in advance to ensure you are sitting with someone in your travelling group.
If you choose not to reserve seats, you will be automatically assigned seats at check-in.
How do I obtain my boarding pass?
Check in online and login to your booking to access a printable boarding pass.
Alternatively, you can add a booking to the Blue Islands App to gain access to the mobile boarding pass which can be saved to Apple or Google Wallet.
I have checked in online, what should I do with my luggage?
After checking in online, you can check in hold luggage at the airport check-in desks from 1 hour 30 minutes before scheduled departure time (2 hours for Paris-Jersey flights).
If you only have cabin baggage, you can proceed straight to airport security.
I can’t see the option to check-in online, what do I do?
Online check-in is only available between 48 hours and 3 hours before scheduled departure time. You will not have the option to check-in online outside of these times. You will need to check in at the airport if you miss the online check-in window.
If you are within the online check-in opening times and cannot see an option to check-in, this may not be available for your flight. You will be required to check in at the airport.

Travel documentation & Valid ID
Passengers aged 12 or over
All passengers over 12 years of age on domestic flights must provide a suitable official photographic document to prove their identity before travel. The name on the photographic identification document must match the passenger's name exactly. Examples of suitable documents are:
- A valid passport
- Domestic flights only - an expired passport up to 2 years from date of expiry
- Photographic driving licence (Full or Provisional are accepted)
- Photographic EU or Swiss national identity card
- Armed forces identity card
- Police warrant card/badge
- CitizenCard
- Valid photographic bus pass
- Airport or crew security pass
Passengers aged 11 or under
Passengers aged 11 or under may travel using a birth certificate as identification - if using a birth certificate for identification, please contact our Customer Care team to advise at least 48 hours before travel
- For all international flights all passengers will need a valid passport, including children and infants that is valid for the full duration of your trip.
- If you have a British passport you will need at least six months of validity when travelling in the EU.
