Blue Islands App

Download the Blue Islands app on the Apple or Google Play Store and add your booking using ‘My Bookings & Check-In.'

Here you will be able to check-in online and access your boarding pass which can be added to your Apple or Google Wallet.

Frequently Asked questions

To change your booking, login to Manage My Booking and select ‘Change Flight’. You will then be able to select the flights you wish to change.

If you have chosen a Blue Plus fare there are no change fees when changing your flight, but a fare difference may apply. 

If choosing a Blue Fly fare, there is a per person, per one way flight change fee, plus any fare difference - see our fares explained

If you no longer wish to travel and you have booked directly with Blue Islands, please contact our customer care team using this form to cancel.

To add an additional 23kg item of hold luggage, login to Manage My Booking and select ‘Book Extras’. You will be prompted to add a bag to your booking.

If you would like to carry sports equipment or other oversized luggage, please contact our customer care team using this form.

For seat selection on your flight, login to Manage My Booking. Under My Booking, use the ‘select seat’ button to choose your preferred seats.

To make any changes to your contact information, select ‘Passenger Details’ in Manage My Booking to add or edit address, email or phone number.

If you would like to make a passenger name change, please contact our customer care team using this form.  

Online check-in opens 48 before scheduled departure time and closes 3 hours before scheduled departure time.

Login to manage my booking and select the ‘Check In’ button under ‘My Booking’ and complete the online check-in process and access your boarding pass.

You can resend your booking confirmation in Manage My Booking by selecting ‘Get Ticket'.

Travel documentation & Valid ID

Passengers aged 12 or over

All passengers over 12 years of age on domestic flights must provide a suitable official photographic document to prove their identity before travel. The name on the photographic identification document must match the passenger's name exactly. Examples of suitable documents are:

  • A valid passport
  • Domestic flights only - an expired passport up to 2 years from date of expiry
  • Photographic driving licence (Full or Provisional are accepted)
  • Photographic EU or Swiss national identity card
  • Armed forces identity card
  • Police warrant card/badge
  • CitizenCard
  • Valid photographic bus pass
  • Airport or crew security pass

Passengers aged 11 or under

Passengers aged 11 or under may travel using a birth certificate as identification - if using a birth certificate for identification, please contact our Customer Care team to advise at least 48 hours before travel

  • For all international flights all passengers will need a valid passport, including children and infants that is valid for the full duration of your trip.
  • If you have a British passport you will need at least six months of validity when travelling in the EU.
