Passengers aged 12 or over
All passengers over 12 years of age on domestic flights must provide a suitable official photographic document to prove their identity before travel. The name on the photographic identification document must match the passenger's name exactly. Examples of suitable documents are:

Passengers aged 11 or under may travel using a birth certificate as identification - if using a birth certificate for identification, please contact our Customer Care team to advise at least 48 hours before travel

Check our airport check-in information above for more details on where to check in at the airport you are flying from. Usually, you will check-in at the desks displaying the Blue Islands logo in the Departures building.
How long will it take to get through security at the airport?
Security wait times can vary by airport. You should arrive at the airport with plenty of time to check-in and make your way through security. Check the website of the airport you are flying from for more details.
What do I need to prepare for security?
To prepare for airport security, check that you are not travelling with any banned items in your cabin baggage. Liquids, aerosols, gels and pastes can remain in your cabin baggage in individual containers no greater than 100ml. Essential medicines, baby food and non-liquid cosmetics are allowed as hand luggage. Please check with the airport you are travelling from for more details.
When should I go to the boarding gate?
Proceed to the gate at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure time.
How will I know my boarding gate number?
Boarding gate numbers will be displayed on the information screens at the airport you are flying from.
What happens if I have checked in but don’t arrive at the boarding gate on time?
If you don’t arrive at the boarding gate in time, you will be denied boarding. Please ask a member of staff at the airport who will be assist you at this time.
