Mobility assistance

We can arrange mobility assistance for you at every step of the way, from check in at your departure airport to arriving in your destination.

We offer three options for mobility assistance based on your individual needs (offered in reverse at your arrival airport):

• WHCR – Assistance from check-in to the bottom of the aircraft’s steps. For those who can ascend/descend steps and make their own way to their seat in the cabin.
• WCHS – Assistance from check-in to the top of the aircraft’s steps. For those who are unable to ascend/descend steps and make their own way to their seat in the cabin.
• WCHC – Assistance from check-in to your seat in the cabin. For those that require support/carrying to/from the seat in the cabin.

Travelling with your own mobility equipment

You are welcome to travel with one item of mobility equipment such as wheelchairs and walkers in addition to your hold luggage allowance at no extra cost.

You must tell us if you plan to travel with your own mobility equipment, including battery powered wheelchairs and mobility aids as there are limitations on the number of these we can carry.
