Operations Supervisor
We're seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our busy control centre at Jersey Airport

- Our ATR 72 fleet operate 900 flights per month, between the Channel Islands, UK and Europe from our bases in Jersey and Guernsey

You will need
- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where accuracy and effective decision making is key
- As a team player, you will need to work well under pressure and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with a high degree of IT proficiency
- Previous experience within the aviation industry is essential
- To provide references and pass a five year background and criminal record check, plus you must have the right to live and work in the UK.
What you'll be doing
- With five aircraft and 900 flights per month, the Operations team is responsible for the efficient co-ordination and monitoring of aircraft movements and crewing to ensure the safe and punctual operation of our schedule
- Work with internal departments such as engineering, crewing and the commercial team
- Managing third-party service providers such as ground handling, fueling, airport authorities, air traffic control caterers, plus other carriers
- Administrative responsibilities including compliance, planning, systems, software and reporting
