• With a solid understanding of aircraft systems (mechanical, avionics, structures) you will possess strong diagnostic and analytical skills
• Be an effective communicator with the ability to operate under pressure and collaborate across departments
• You will be proactive, self-motivated, and commercially aware with a strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, with demonstrable project coordination and task prioritisation abilities
• Ideally you will have prior experience supporting CAMO or Maintenance Control operations within a commercial airline environment and supplier and stakeholder management experience within an engineering or airworthiness context
• To provide references and pass a five year background and criminal record check, plus you must have the right to live and work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Recognised Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent industry experience.
• HNC / HND (or equivalent) in Aerospace Engineering.
• B1 or B2 Licence (unrated acceptable) desirable.
• Eligibility to hold UK CAA Part 145 authorisations where required

• The Maintrol Technical Engineer will be based in the Operations Control Centre and critical in maintaining the operational reliability and regulatory compliance of our fleet
• Operating directly under the CAMO, you will be the technical focal point, ensuring real-time oversight of aircraft condition, co-ordinating with maintenance providers, and supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance aircraft and engineering performance
